Manufacturing Facility
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, located in MIDC Bhosari, Pune, is designed for high-quality non-ferrous centrifugal castings. From molten metal to finished components, the entire process is housed under one roof, allowing for seamless coordination and strict process control. The facility is equipped to handle alloys including phosphor bronze, aluminium bronze, gun-metal, leaded tin bronze, brasses, aluminium-tin, aluminium-silicon and cupro-nickel, per BS, IS, DIN or custom client specifications. Advanced machinery and a well-equipped in-house test laboratory support consistent quality and minimal defects.
Advanced Induction Furnace
Our induction melting system provides precise control over temperature and alloy composition, ensuring optimal molten metal condition before casting. This means clean melt, uniform structure and excellent mechanical properties in our castings. Because we control the melting in-house, we’re able to respond quickly to special alloys and tight specifications. The result: superior soundness, higher density, and lower machining allowance compared with conventional sand cast processes
In-House Spectrometer
Quality assurance is integral to our offering. Our in-house laboratory features equipment such as a spectrometer (for chemical composition analysis) along with physical testing rigs (for conductivity, ultrasonic & X-ray inspection) to verify raw materials through to finished castings. This ensures that every casting meets the required standards (IS, BS, DIN) or customer specification, and helps us maintain a low rejection rate and high customer confidence.
